Last updated: January 12, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Solvo and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all users of the Service. Mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

3. Subject matter and services

Solvo provides a web-based issue and project tracking platform with features such as projects, boards, tasks, comments, and reporting. The current feature set and any service levels are described on the website or in the product documentation.

4. Account registration

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Customer obligations and acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Upload or share content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Attempt to compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the Service.
  • Use automated access in a way that degrades service performance.

6. Fees and payment

If the Service is paid, prices, billing intervals, and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout or in your account. All fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

7. Contract term and termination

Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen billing interval unless cancelled. You can cancel through your account settings. The Service remains available until the end of the paid period. The provider may terminate access for material breach after prior notice.

8. Availability and maintenance

The provider aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and necessary updates may cause temporary downtime.

9. Data protection

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. The customer remains responsible for the legality of data entered into the Service.

10. Intellectual property and content

All rights in the Service remain with the provider. You retain rights to your content and grant the provider the rights necessary to host and process it to deliver the Service.

11. Liability

The provider is liable for intent and gross negligence. For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages and only for breach of essential contractual obligations. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

12. Changes to these Terms

The provider may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict of law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bielefeld, if legally permissible.
